How do Messianic Jews receive Salvation (Born Again)?

Salvation as it is stated in the The Torah (Scriptures) is the rescue of humans from sin by Elohim ,through Yeshua Ha Mashiach , and reconcile them with the Creator. We are rescued or saved from the day of judgment in which all human being born in this earth will be held accountable before Elohim: "delivers us from the wrath to come" (1 Thessalonians 1:10). Also, something crucial to remember is that Salvation is a divine work, no a human undertaking, is the Holy Spirit of Elohim who saved us through the blood of Yeshua.

Through the work of Redemption made by Mashiach in the cross, spiritual and eternal deliverance was granted by Yahve:

Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12

The idea is that those who believe in Yeshua as Mashiach are going to be saved, and everyone of them should confess their sins to YHWH with genuine repentance; we have to remember that Elohim could see through their real feelings and thoughts.

For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:10)

The deliverance was from the bondage of sin:

And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Yeshua, for He will save His people from their sins." ( Matthew 1:21)

Also we were delivered from the Wrath of Elohim on the ungodly

Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. (Romans 5:9)

And we were delivered from eternal death and separation from Elohim.

For Elohim so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

WHY IS THERE A NEED FOR SALVATION?

Let us read from the Torah first:

Yeshua answered them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. (John 8:34)

that at that time you were without Mashiach, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without Elohim in the world. ( Ephesians 2:12)

There is the men inability to redeem himself, because he is a slave to sin, is without Elohim, and there is no hope that men alone can change their lifes.

Also, at the same time is important to know, that we have to comply with al the commandments of YHWH, through out the Torah. To say that we are free from the Law of Elohim, is to lie to the salvation we got through Yeshua. Remember always, that if the Law was put away, how do you know what is right and wrong?. See:

1John 3:4 " Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. IF THERE IS NOT LAW, THERE IS NOT TRANSGRETION, AND NO NEED FOR A SAVIOR IN THE FIRST PLACE.

The first Messianic Jews proved it: Rev 14:12 "Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Yeshua". ONE DOES NOT EXCLUDE THE OTHER.

Our sole purpose in life is to love and glorify Elohim, read the Torah everyday and follow all it's commandments through the Hebrew roots of our faith

We comply with what our Lord Yeshua said in Matthew 28:20 "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you" and only then you could be "persuaded in your own mind."

Therefore, "Let no man therefore judge you in food, or in drink, or in respect of an holiday, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbath days" (Col 2:16)

Why we use Hebrew names here

Messianic Jews - Nazarene love Elohim and use the original names of the Tanakh - Hebrew Bible in their daily prayers and in their congregations. The words "Jesus" and "Jehova" are not the original names that appear in the Tanakh - Hebrew Bible or the Greek New Testament. They are transliterations that all have use for so many centuries that almost become true. The real names are Yeshua and Elohim. Read More
