Miracles of Yeshua

A miracle is a sign or wonder performed by Elohim in nature or human history to carry out His purpose or to reveal Himself. Yeshua performed many miracles: healing, resurrections, liberating demon possessed people, turning water into wine, walking over water, feeding thousands of people with nothing and changing the life of millions with his power of redemption through sacrifying himself in a cross for the trangretions of all. In this way Elohim revealed himself to the world and acomplished His plan of salvation.

Yeshua healed everybody he touched; something that his disciples were not able to do:

Only 37 miracles recorded in the gospels. In 3 years of ministry approximately: 1095 days, only 36 miracles were recorded by the apostles. But we know by John 21:25 "that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written." , This are the recorded miracles we have of Yeshua in the Gospel's narrative:

11. Heals woman w/hemmorrhage: Matt 9:20- Mark 5:25- Luke 8:43
12. Resurrects Jairus's Daughter: Matt 9:23- Mark 5:22- Luke 8:41
13. Heals two blind men: Matt 9:27

THE FOUR TYPES OF MIRACLES REQUIRED TO BE THE MESSIAH WERE:
For centuries the Rabbis and Pharisees had taught the people that the coming Messiah would have to fulfill certain requirements to be accepted as the Messiah.

1) The Rabbis taught that only the Messiah could heal a leper. Mark 1:10-45
2) The Rabbis taught that only the Messiah could cast out a mute demon. Matthew 12:22-23
3) The Rabbis taught that only the Messiah could heal a man born blind. John 9:1-7
4) The Rabbis taught that only the Messiah could raise a man from the dead after four days. John 11:1-44

How do we apply scripture to real life as Messianic Jews - Nazarene?

Our sole purpose in life is to love and glorify Elohim, read the Torah everyday and follow all it's commandments through the Hebrew roots of our faith

We comply with what our Lord Yeshua said in Matthew 28:20 "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you" and only then you could be "persuaded in your own mind."

Therefore, "Let no man therefore judge you in food, or in drink, or in respect of an holiday, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbath days" (Col 2:16)

Why we use Hebrew names here

Messianic Jews - Nazarene love Elohim and use the original names of the Tanakh - Hebrew Bible in their daily prayers and in their congregations. The words "Jesus" and "Jehova" are not the original names that appear in the Tanakh - Hebrew Bible or the Greek New Testament. They are transliterations that all have use for so many centuries that almost become true. The real names are Yeshua and Elohim. Read More
